Since 1987 we have been offering consulting, coaching, and instruction in project management and quality management in the area of system and software development. We have extensive practice in this field and we gladly pass on our experience to industry, telecommunications, pharma, insurance, banking, and other financial services enterprises.
Our consulting services can take various forms:
- Consulting within the framework of a specific project, in order to improve the development process, or to implement a quality management system, up to readiness for certification.
- Accompanying a project in which measures are tested and adapted to the organization’s specific needs, by coaching within the project, e.g. the implementation and introduction of a new procedure, a new process, or a new tool.
- Performing specific tasks, e.g. producing a requirements specification, an acceptance test specification, or the detailed examination of a product, which may – in addition to its value for the specific project – provide a template to be used in future projects.
- Assuming responsibility for leading a project or an organization unit.
