Improve Quality Services
Improve Quality Services BV was founded in 1998 by Erik van Veenendaal as an independent organization that focuses on advanced and high quality services in the area of testing and quality management. It offers (international) consultancy and training services. Services and topcis include software process improvement, requirements engineering, IT-auditing, quality assurance, inspection programs, test engineering, test management & consultancy and test process improvement.
Improve Quality Services is accredited to run test certification courses “ISTQB Foundation” and “ISTQB Advanced” and has recently signed a contract to run the “IREB Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering” course. Another essential part of the services of Improve Quality Services is contributing to the improvement of development and test processes. This can take place both top-down, using models such as CMMI, TMMi and TPI, and bottom-up based on practical experiences. Improve Quality Services is accredited by the TMMi Foundation to formally assess organizations against the TMMi model.
Quality is a key issue in all aspects of the company, whereby quality is translated into both customer and employee satisfaction. Customers vary from large multinational companies to SME type companies and government bodies. Most important customers are a number of major financial institutions, e.g. banks, and a number of industrial engineering organizations.
Employees choose software quality and testing as their profession and career. They hold ISTQB and TMap testing certificates, PRINCE-2 project management certificates and are also accredited as Certified Information System Auditors (CISA). On a regular basis papers from employees are published in various international magazines.

Improve Quality Services Ltd. is a Dutch organisation and therefore offers its services primarily to The Netherland (and Belgium ). This with the exception of professional training which is marketed and run internationally.
