Urte Pautz is working as a Senior Consultant in the area of Requirements Management & Engineering (RM&E). Her focus is on the introduction of RM&E for organizations developing IT system on the basis of assessments, seminars, workshops and coaching. Urte Pautz conducts evaluation procedures for RM tools and implements concepts for the realization and introduction of IT solutions considering tools in the whole development process under the use of the appropriate tools. Additionally, she has a long standing experience in the area of System Engineering, especially in the environment of Change and Configuration Management.
