Sven Krause,graduate industrial engineer, with experience in ICT for many years. As a consultant at Cap Gemini, he was responsible for requirements engineering on many projects in telecommunication and informatics domain.

Since five years, he is working at Swisscom/Switzerland. Sven is responsible for Business Engineering Unit of corporate clients and is leading an expert team which provides an important contribution to achieve the overall targets of marketing strategy & services, customer experience design and product development.

Sven specializes in requirement management for product marketing.

On a part-time basis, he is managing and organizing a group engaging in exchange of experiences in requirements engineering of the SAQ.
