Steffen Lentz
IT Project Manager, Credit Suisse AG

Steffen Lentz works as IT Project Manager for the Investment Banking division of Credit Suisse. Before that, he worked for 11 years as an IT consultant on projects for a number of well known companies in different businesses. Steffen startet his career as a developer, and continued as software architect. The key question “What makes a project successful?” led him to the topic of Requirements Engineering and methodologies in general (e.g. RUP and agile development). Taking respective roles and working as coach and trainer he continued to make use of his knowledge. His current role has the challenge of demanding both a strategic management and agile response times.
