Rainer Grau is involved into the development of software and system since 18 years. He started from the base writing source code in more then 5 programming languages and technologies including Java and Microsoft .NET. His career path led him over the existence as technology scout, architect, project lead to the definition of systems and development processes to create these systems.

Concomitant he always cared for transfer of knowledge in form of coaching and training. Beginning in 2000 up to 2004, as CEO of a small software consulting company, he was teaching Software Engineering as adjunct professor on the International University in Bruchsal.

Since 2004 he manages the Education Centre of Zühlke. At Zühlke he built up the focus group for Requirements Engineering and started his engagement within local and international organizations committed to the tasks of shaping best suited development processes and professionalizing requirements engineering. As yet he helps customers on their way through the jungle of optimizing development processes, especially in the discipline of requirements engineering and works as trainer and coach.
